Position Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach
Department: Athletics Department
Reports To: Athletic Director

Position Summary:
Culver-Stockton College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead our athletic program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of design, implementation, and supervision of training programs for assigned teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant community and make a significant impact on our student-athletes' development both on and off the playing arena. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to student-athletes.
  • Foster a positive and competitive environment.
