Description

Albion College invites applications for the Strength and Conditioning Coach/Instructor position. This position will supervise and coordinate the college’s overall strength and conditioning program for its 24 varsity intercollegiate athletic programs in accordance with NCAA Division III rules and regulations.  This includes working with head coaches in creating in-season and out-of-season strength and conditioning programs, monitoring technique and safety of athletes in the weight room, managing the maintenance and upkeep of the weight room and weight equipment, working with athletic training in developing rehab programs for injured athletes. This staff position will teach 3 units per academic year for the department of Kinesiology.  Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality.
