Position Summary
The Student Assistant for UIW Athletics Ticket Office assists the Coordinator of Ticketing with scanning game-day tickets, distributing will-call tickets, and handling game-day sales for Football, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, and Softball. This position reports to the Coordinator of Ticket Sales.
Essential Functions
- Scanning tickets for all ticketed Athletic events on campus.
- Assist with will-call ticket distribution by having guests on the pass-list sign for tickets.
- Perform game-day ticket sales using the UIW online ticketing system & credit card machine.
- Greet, support, and provide the best customer service for all who attend UIW Athletic events.
- Assist with essential day-to-day ticket office operations by answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.

| Work Hours |
- Flexible hours depending on the students class schedule.
- Office Hours: Monday-Friday anywhere from 10 am – 5pm (Depending on class schedule).
- Game Days: Any day of the week depending on sport (usually weekends) typically anywhere from 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm on weekdays & 11 am – 6pm on weekends.
