Position Description

The Athletics Department is hiring Football Equipment Student Assistants.

Accepts: Federal Work Study (FWS) ONLY

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with on-field operations during all home football games, including field setup, sideline support, and postgame breakdown.
  
• Perform laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing practice and game apparel.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient equipment room.
  
• Assist with the distribution, collection, and organization of football equipment and apparel.
  
• Prepare equipment and supplies for practices, game days, and special events.

• Perform laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing practice and game apparel.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient equipment room.
  
• Assist with the distribution, collection, and organization of football equipment and apparel.
  
• Prepare equipment and supplies for practices, game days, and special events.
  
• Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  
• Work collaboratively with coaches, athletic trainers, facilities staff, and fellow student employees.
  
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude while representing Eastern University Athletics.

3) Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance and;

4) Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check.

In accordance with state laws, Act 73 of 2007, Act 153 of 2014, Act 168 (relating to the Child Protective Services Law), school employees of Eastern University who will have "direct contact with children" must complete the background check process prior to employment. Results must be submitted within ten days of receipt.
