Student Worker – Business Office

to assist the administrative support team with various tasks!

Essential Functions

Submit invoices for payment in Banner eVendor Voucher system

Assist with university credit card reconciliations

Submit journal vouchers for interdepartmental transfers and budget corrections

Pick up mail from the mail room and distribute it into the boxes in the business office

Take packages/documents to

PBS

at Ingram Hall and pick up the team travel cash advance checks from

PBS

on Wednesdays. Distribute those checks to each of us based on our sports

Take deposits to the bank and return with the deposit slip

File processed paperwork

Assist with football recruiting at some games during the season at the stadium, verifying payment and completing the corresponding form for Compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
