Student Worker - Special Event Crew
Student Workers for the Auburn Athletics Special Event Crew assist with event set up, breakdown, and other general special event preparations.
Assist with event set up and breakdown for special events, such as setting linens, florals, and AV needs. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and using Microsoft Office apps. Assist with other duties pertaining to event preparation as assigned, including but not limited to; moving tables and chairs, greeting guests, registration, food service, cleaning.
Enrolled student at Auburn University At least 18 years of age Ability to work in variable weather conditions with loud crowd noise Ability to work both weekdays and weekends, 10 – 20 hours a week Ability to work during all Auburn Athletics home games Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as basic audio-visual knowledge
