The Center for Student Success provides academic support services for all students to enhance student success at Christopher Newport University. Services provided pertain to study skills, time management, academic planning, subject area tutoring, and writing support.
The Study Hall Monitor aids in providing support to the Student-Athlete Success Services (SASS) Office through monitoring and effectively tracking Study Hall attendance data. This position works with student-athlete success coaches, athletic coaches, and student-athletes to achieve department goals.
This position is responsible for tracking Study Hall attendance and maintaining a positive, quiet, studious environment.

This is an HOURLY position and does NOT entitle the incumbent to Commonwealth of Virginia benefits and is limited to 1500 hours in a 365-day period.
