We are currently seeking a full-time and onsite Ticket Operations Manager in our Athletics department. This position serves as the Athletic Ticket Sales and Annual Fund Director and is responsible for selling tickets, in-facility meetings and events to grow athletics ticket revenue, supervise the Athletics Ticket Box Office, and assists with developing strategies to increase donor acquisition and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and contact current and past customers and stakeholders to strategize selling tickets and packages.
• Oversee revenue handling, deposits, cash handling systems and policies.
• Coordinate, create, and implement theme nights.
• Serve as administrative support in accounting and record keeping providing reports as needed.
• Resolve customer problems with diplomacy, professionalism, and creative methods.
• Establish and build community relationships to increase business and support athletics revenue goals.
• Execute annual giving and donor relations strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft applications.
• Aptitude to learn computerized ticketing software system.
• The hours of this position is based on home sport schedules/events and requires a flexible work schedule with some evenings and weekend included.
• Professionalism in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience sales.
• Experience in ticket sales.
