VCSU Student Employee for Athletics

Position Information

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only VCSU students are eligible to be hired in this position. This position is subjected to North Dakota Veteran's Preference requirements. 

Position Summary:

As a student assistant in the department of Athletics, your primary role is to support the VCSU game day activities and the athletic department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 5-10 hours every other week, mostly nights and weekends during home games, and should have some working knowledge of athletics. However, we are willing to train the right candidates. The amount of hours will vary based on how many home events are held each week. Students may be asked to run video camera, scoreboard, game clock, take statistics or other similar duties on game day. 

We also have opportunities to work Barnes County tournament games and district tournament games.
