The  Athletics Department  is seeking to hire a  Video Analyst, Intermediate. This position will support the evolving creative and video production needs of Georgia State University’s Athletic Department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The position is responsible for videography and video editing, with responsibilities including assisting with game day shoots, studio productions, interviews, marketing and promotional content, and press conferences. The position contributes to both the production and post-production processes to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Capture video content for gameday filmmaking for all 16 sports teams, supporting post-game analysis, highlight reels, and creative storytelling initiatives.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content from raw footage, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with departmental branding guidelines.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in-studio and on-location video productions, including interviews, feature segments, and special projects.
• Support the development of marketing and promotional videos to enhance fan engagement, recruiting efforts, and brand visibility.
• Record press conferences and media availabilities, ensuring professional-quality footage for internal and external use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Creatives Services, Director of Athletics, or designee.
