We’re seeking an Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach to join our NCAA Division III program and make a difference on and off the court.

The Role:

• Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruiting, retention, and game-day operations.

• Support student-athlete academic success through collaboration with the Student Success Center.

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive team culture.

• Help manage budgets, scheduling, travel, and equipment.

• Participate in fundraising and campus events.

Qualifications:

• Coaching or playing experience preferred; NCAA Division III experience a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Commitment to NCAA, HCAC, and University standards.

• CPR/AED certification (training provided if needed).

Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time, 12-month position with travel, evenings, and weekends required during the season. Includes professional development opportunities and the chance to be part of a close-knit campus community.
