Duties & Responsibilities

The Employee will accomplish the duties and responsibilities as the Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach as agreed upon with the CEO, AD and Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The Employee will fully support the mission and objectives of the Air Force Academy, Department of Athletics and the AFAAC. The Employee will help direct and be responsible for the operation of the U.S. Air Force Academy Intercollegiate Women’s Basketball Program, to include, but not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist the head coach in developing, managing, and directing the successful athletic program of the varsity Women’s Basketball team.

 

  • Assist the head coach with all aspects of the team and team development including training, competing, and scheduling. Coaching and providing individual instruction to all members of the varsity Women’s Basketball team.
