Evaluation Period: Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester

Purpose: Assist the Women's Basketball staff

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help maintain the locker room
• Setup every day for practices and/or games
• Update the stats sheets daily
• Organize and keep up to date spreadsheets on all inventory
• Assist with carrying equipment on and off the bus
• Assist with game-day setup and duties as assigned per game
• Assist with team meal and team travel
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
• Work-Study eligible
• Must understand they are a reflection of Mount St. Joseph University and the Womens Basketball program
• Must maintain the proper work ethic: time management, hard work, and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work on own initiative, independently, and to deadlines
• Well organized, punctual, and reliable
• The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the University
