Winston-Salem State University Announces Transition in Athletics Leadership
Winston-Salem, N.C. – Winston-Salem State University (WSSU) today announced a leadership transition within its Department of Athletics. Athletics Director Etienne Thomas has submitted her resignation, effective December 31, 2025. She will assist with transition activities over the coming weeks to support continuity and ongoing success across the department.
