Iona University Names Andy Russo Head Softball Coach

Iona University Director of Athletics Matt Glovaski announced the hiring of Andy Russo as head coach of the Gaels' softball program. Russo joins Iona after 13 seasons as a full-time member of the LIU softball staff, including serving as interim head coach in 2025, when he guided the Sharks to the Northeast Conference regular season championship.
