RICHMOND, Va. — Katherine Bulifant has been promoted to Associate Athletics Director for Development, Richmond Athletics announced Friday. Bulifant, who joined Richmond in 2021, has spent the last four years as UR's Assistant Athletics Director for Annual Giving. In that role, she managed all day-to-day operations of the department's annual giving program.
