MONMOUTH, Ore. --- Oregon native and Alaska Anchorage associate head coach Ryan Orton has been named the 17th head coach of the Western Oregon men's basketball program WOU Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Randi Lydum announced Thursday.
